    You will receive an invoice via email within 10 minutes to 24 hours. Once payment is received, your hosting account and domain (if included) will be activated. Domain propagation may take 24–72 hours depending on DNS update cycles.

  •   How do I register a domain name?

    Check domain availability on our website. If available, complete the order and make payment. We will register the domain immediately after receiving payment. Domain options include .com, .net, .org, .biz, .com.my, and more.

  •   Can I get the domain and hosting first and pay later?

    We can create your hosting account before payment, but domain registration will only proceed after full payment is received.

  •   What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept bank transfers, FPX online banking, and e-wallet payments. Kindly notify us of your payment via https://www.icore.com.my/payment along with your transaction receipt.

  •   Are there any hidden charges?

    No. All pricing is transparently listed at https://www.icore.com.my/services-pricelist. Overusage of disk space or bandwidth may incur additional charges, but these are also clearly stated.

  •   Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

    Yes. We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee for cPanel Shared Hosting and Email Hosting. No questions asked—unless Terms of Service are violated.

  •   When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds are processed in the first week of each month. If you request a refund after this window, it will be scheduled for the following month.

  •   How do I transfer my hosting to iCoreHosting without downtime?

    We offer **free migration** Monday to Thursday, 7pm–10pm. The process:

    1. Order and set up your hosting.
    2. Upload files or request migration.
    3. Update your DNS to iCoreHosting’s nameservers.
    4. Wait 24–72 hours for DNS propagation.

    We will assist throughout the process to avoid downtime.

  •   How do I change my email password?

    Log in to your hosting panel (cPanel or DirectAdmin) and go to the email section to change your password securely. Webmail password changes are disabled for security reasons.
